NEBOSH International Technical Certificate in Oil and Gas Operational Safety is specifically designed for managers, supervisors, employee representatives, newly appointed health and safety advisors in the oil and gas industry. This qualification is also recommended for operations and maintenance personnel in the oil and gas or process industries, to enable them to integrate safety into their day to day tasks. NEBOSH IOGC certificate focuses on the importance of process safety management in the oil and gas, process and petrochemical industries, both onshore and offshore.

It is highly recommended that students from technical backgrounds with underpinning knowledge of safety issues take this qualification.
